Missing 6-dot Mods after character unequip/transfer

Hello,

I am reporting a technical issue regarding the disappearance of 6 top-tier (6-dot) mods.

Event details:

Date: April 6, 2026

Time: Around  12:00-13:00 (GMT+3 / Your local time zone)

Issue: I was transferring mods between characters, and during the process, 6 of my 6-dot mods completely disappeared from my inventory. They are neither on the target character nor in the general mod storage.

 

Requested action:
Please investigate my account logs for this period and restore the missing 6-dot mods.

    1. you need to report this in game, rather than in the forums. It’s extremely unlikely they’ll do anything though as the most likely explanation - by a distance - is that you are either mistaken or deleted them accidentally 
    2. You 100% need to remove your PlayerID. That should not be shared with anyone.

    I didn't delete or sell the modules, they disappeared when I transferred from character to character, at the moment of transfer an EA application error appeared on the PC, and I restarted the game, after restarting the modules disappeared, and I don't know what to do, so I turned here, because I don't know any more options. . . 😢

  • Bro ive seen your post 3 times on the forums already. In one somebody even told you to try talking to support in game, but even after that youve posted 2 more as if something will change. One post was like 10 min ago and the other 6. I think youll just have to take it as a loss or try to contact support through the website since there is nothing other players can do and reaching support like the other user said would be easier and faster in game.

    You don’t know any more options? How about using the in game help feature like I suggested?

    This is the first time I have had such problems with the game. I have never contacted the forum or technical support before.

    In game there’s a settings icon (it looks like a little cog wheel, like it does in most games). You’ll find a help option in there.
