Game is crashing when entering fights, not always but enough that it's breaking parts of the game, because you lose conquest energy, lose GAC fights, or lose arena fights.
Please don't tell me to check the basic troubleshooting guide, because it's an epidemic for multiple people, multiple posts on Answers HQ and the forum, and i'm not a 3* newb reporting this I have a long history of reporting bugs so don't instnatly dismiss it with a generic response, please escalate so I don't have to get @EA_Charlemagne in here to back me up that i'm not reporting a fake bug.
I'll even currate the list of links of all of people reporting this so far on the SWGOH forum and EA Answers to show it's happening to lots of people.

Thank you for the report. We attempted to reproduce your report on multiple devices but we were not able to confirm any issues on our side. All battles could be started and completed without freezes or crashes.
I think you need to have them look again.
That's the entire problem. Your testing process sucks. These things happen every release. In technology development there is this thing called "regression testing" which is used to make sure new code doesn't break anything that's already been deployed to users. Having some random dude play test for 5 minutes on an iPad doesn't represent the full scope of game play this game has grown into. These are super basic things with any software development and you continue to fail at them over and over and over again.
I think you need to try again. This happened to me 4 times in this round of GAC and I'm going to lose because of it. Game froze up right after I launched a battle. I've also lost a fleet node and 2 battles in Conquest. I'm afraid to take part in Territory Wars because I don't want to hurt my guild.

I have the same issue after the last update, Making me lose GAC matches. Waste energy in conquest and lose arena battles. Very frustrating. I also have a Samsung S21
Just lost my last GAC battle again. Cost me full clear hopefully not the match. Lost at least one battle each round because of this issue.

Same problem on Samsung S20. Never had freezes occur in last 2 years until the last update. Frequently freezing. Have cleared cache, applied all latest patches, restarted phone and apps. Still occurring. 4 times yesterday, 3 times today. Lost 2 GAC matchups because of this. Lost 4-5 conquest battles & wasting energy. This is one of the poorest quality releases I've seen.
Just lost 2 GAC battles that will cost me my round due to game freeze.
- @Gunff yup, I've been having this problem several times a day. I brought in my best counter against a Kenobi team last night in 3v3 GAC and lost because of the game freeze. @EA_Gunner, please look into this again, as it's happening to a lot of people.
Mine only freezes when I have slkr hux and sith trooper in a squad. But freezes every time I load that squad
Seems to be a problem on Samsung phones. Reports on Reddit and here report a number of Samsung Galaxy devices.
I've lost 2 gac matches to freezes and a tb special mission in the last 2 days
Happening across all game modes, multiple times a day. 2 separate samsung phones, wifi and mobile data no difference. Wasted conquest energy, losing gac, losing arena battles, now SM also froze. Never happened before this title update. Fix.this.game

Same issue for me . S21 device. A large percentage of my battles are just freezing on the loading screen. Conquest, fleet and ship arena , and today I lost in gac because of this bug. Please fix this so your game is playable

has happened to me 3 times this weekend in Conquest & GAC . Select a team, goes to loading screen then app crashes.
Lost a winnable GAC because of this when putting my last GL counter up and game crashed.
