Game is crashing when entering fights, not always but enough that it's breaking parts of the game, because you lose conquest energy, lose GAC fights, or lose arena fights.
Please don't tell me to check the basic troubleshooting guide, because it's an epidemic for multiple people, multiple posts on Answers HQ and the forum, and i'm not a 3* newb reporting this I have a long history of reporting bugs so don't instnatly dismiss it with a generic response, please escalate so I don't have to get @EA_Charlemagne in here to back me up that i'm not reporting a fake bug.
I'll even currate the list of links of all of people reporting this so far on the SWGOH forum and EA Answers to show it's happening to lots of people.

Same for me. No issues before this latest title update. Now freezing too frequently. At least once a day, if not more often. Has happened twice in Conquest when trying to enter a battle, leading to wasted energy. Has happened once when trying to enter store even, which is unprecedented.
Have been on both wifi and mobile data, no difference, the freezing issue still occurs.
Have closed all apps and restarted phone, updated everything. Doesn't help.
Samsung s20 fe user. But other non Samsung mobile phones have also reported this issue.
Please acknowledge this on the forums. Some recompense is expected due to the amount of crystals wasted, not to mention botched up fights in TW and Grand Arena.
