I can't link my account to claim kessel run rewards.

there is no option to link my account like with other accounts and I can't change the name of the account

the only reason that i could maybe think of why this is happening is that the age of the account might have been entered incorrectly 
if anybody can help me my ally code is 812-823-231

normally next to the name there would be a pencil icon that i could click on to change the name of the account yet it is completely missing
