Summarize your bug When entering battles in Grand Arena, Territory Battles, Galactic Conquest, and Squad Arena the game freezes before the battles begin (sticks on the loading circle). I tried waiting to see if it loads eventually, but the screen goes black and I have to close the game and reopen it. When I get back into the game, it counts the frozen battle as a loss, costing me point as well as the team I'd tried to use.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game from a Samsung or other android phone for more than just a few minutes.

This is an issue with a great number of players. A brief search in the Forum brings up lots of results for this issue.
If you play the game from an android phone for more than a few minutes you should get the same results.
Please do not disregard the issue.

Exactly the same problem here. S21 Ultra, latest security patch.
There have been dozens of reports of this problem, but EA is ignoring the problem and pretending like it isn't impacting people. Several days without a reply and multiple reports. This at least needs an acknowledgement.
