You keep saying this is being investigated! What is being done about this? I just had the game lock up on back to back combat missions in Territory battle. Now it's not just costing me, it's costing me entire guild. This has been going on for over a month. This should be your top priority as a team. This is getting to be a joke.

i have this Problem too.
From time to time the game freezes when entering a battle in multiple gamemodi.
Until now i can say it happened in:
- Grand arena (which means the battle is lost and also your team)
- Conquest (which means the energy is lost)
And today this issue happened also in the event to unlock gl luke skywalker (which means the "light side"-Token are lost, what is equally one day farming light side battles...)
It's really annoying...
I play with stable internet (wlan) and my phone is a samsung galaxy s21, so i would say this is a absolute common device and i have no problems with other games/apps

I've got multiple guild members with S21s and the same problems. It really affecting gameplay on both individual and guild levels.
CG, you need to fix this ASAP. You're alienating players who pay you money.
Same here. I lost 3 GAC rounds last GA championship because of this and also lost about 200 conquest engery now due to it. So about 2600 worth of crystals due to your game bugs.
I spend about $50 monthly here but not spending another dime until this is fixed.
