Game down multi hours two different days in past week

I can't get into the game on e again. This happened about a week ago and I didn't get compensated like the others did with filling out a ticket. We shouldn't have to do that, both times now it happened during energy payouts.

Thanks for not taking care of the players that don't complain all the time. It sucks we have to go out of our way for issues we have no control over.
