Game freezes when trying to acquire mod/relic ascension on PC client

Whenever I attempt to open the free mod ascension or relic ascension, the game plays the loading scene and stays like this forever. Don't know whether it is just me or this is prolific, as I haven't ...

Thank you for responding! Unfortunately my phone cannot be used, as it cannot run Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. If there is anything else that could help my situation I would be glad to hear it.
