Hello, my game is freezing in several loading screens. Few hours ago i could not join the tw. I reinstalled the game an now i am not able to go to conquest or any area that requires energy like cantina or fleet battles.
We have now brought this to the attention of the team for further investigation.
players can you let me know what phone you are using?
i have honor magic 5 pro. and i try on my brother with samsung s24 ultra. then i try on my friends phone ONE PLUS 12. all 3 phone have snapdragon gen 2 and gen3 procesor.
all 3 phone have problem with freezing.
then i use my old phone. samsung s20 ultra. with exynos procesor. and game work fine and good.
so i realy dont know where is problem. or why EA cant solve this problem...
Today again freezes in the GAC match. So fustrating. This is not fixed!

Since April experienced multiple crashes daily. Got into a rhythm of uninstalling and reinstalling each day and before TW (crashes seem to happen only once whole 600MB+ is downloaded).
As of today, I can't get past loading screen - followed all the info (clear cache, restarted phone, uninstall/reinstall 10+ times).
Point of interest: I can get into a new account, it's only once I reconnect to my google play account that I get stuck consistently.
This has taken an insane amount of time and data for 2 months now and is shocking for a billion dollar game.
Advice I was given was to use another device which would probably get you perma-banned for account sharing...

it's the same with me. game works on reinstall. I play from the beginning. but then there is no option to connect to a google account. so i close the game and reopen it. then the option to log in as a guest or in a google account appears. it's not going any further. I play the game on my computer via bluestack. I also have an old samsung s20 ultra phone. here the game works normally. but since the screen is cracked I don't use it. I am very disappointed that no one wants to fix this problem. is everyone at EA really an apple fan? Shame. I always had EA in a good light. but now after that I am very very disappointed. Or they have some students in EA help who earn their living by refusing to help.
I think it's probably an effort / reward thing. Spend 50k fixing it for a population that brings in 20k doesn't make sense so they just cut us out the game.
8 years with an average of an hour a day, so long and thanks for all the fish I guess.
I have honor 90 too and i can't login into game now too. Long time to see EA post here, looks bad for us.
Same here, honor 90, 5 times installed and it doesn't work.
