I lost GAC also because of this issue. Also freezes on TB and TW. I enclosed 3 screenshots during 3 separate parts of the game.Samsung S23 ultra

Star wars galaxy of heroes crashes daily on my Honor 90 android phone. If I reinstall the game or clear all data, the issue is resolved for an hour or 2, but then the cycle repeats itself

I have the same device,same problem!
After reinstalling the game, once you open it do not close the app, let it run in background. My game is active all the time, once you close it the problem is back !

So obviously from the title I froze on slkr. It was the opening cutscene and via the freeze I lost my ds currency. I'm curious on how get a refund. Via I bought them with gems from the store. And I tried using ingame support. But alas it won't load. Any help would be much appreciated

@EA_Gunner after reinstalling and playing 1 session. The next time you start up and get past a freezing loading screen (which is rare) the game wants to install an update of around 50mb and freeze. This is really weird because you reinstalled and fully updated the game a couple of hours before that... Is there a solution in sight?
