Conquest Ascension - Tier Overview doesn't load

Question

Hello,on Pc I purchased several tiers of conquest ascension. Now, I want to buy tier10, but when I click icon to see the tier overview and buy a tier, the tier overview does not finish loading (on both mobile and PC). I have to force quit the game.Ingame: wubaronally: 969-367-163thanks, i really want that conquest energy lol

I have the same problem, i purchased all the steps until Tier 11 (which is free), and now i can't open the last one to claim the rewards.

The game gets stuck in a loading screen, when the store button is clicked (see screenshots).

The problem is on both, mobile (android) and PC Client.
