on Pc I purchased several tiers of conquest ascension. Now, I want to buy tier10, but when I click icon to see the tier overview and buy a tier, the tier overview does not finish loading (on both mobile and PC). I have to force quit the game.

I have the same problem, i purchased all the steps until Tier 11 (which is free), and now i can't open the last one to claim the rewards.
The game gets stuck in a loading screen, when the store button is clicked (see screenshots).
The problem is on both, mobile (android) and PC Client.

The workaround helped. Click another ascension and than swipe do conquest. i didn't see the litte arrow at the bottom lol.
