Hi @ITWIST0 and sorry to hear that.

Did it freeze or crash? We've checked our logs but could not find anything related, so it looks more like a local game crash. If you experience this more often, make sure you have enough space on your device and clear the cache before going into Grand Arena.

it was freeze, (screen shot in my second post), my phone works ok and it's totally new one so almost epmty...

i had to force close app and start it again...

for sure will try to pay more attention before next GAC
