Game not loading after update iPhone

I click on the achievements tab and I can’t opened it, it just loads forever. I need the gems from it to refresh my energy!! 

Just fixed the issue. Delete the app and redownload it and now can access things in-game again.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. Turned my phone off and on and I’m back in. 

I was not given round three rewards for GAC.
