Game not loading when on wifi (mobile data works)

Hello everybody!

 I am having trouble connecting to the game when I am on WIFI. All WIFI's have tried the one at starbucks, home, and school. When I turn WIFI off mobile data allows me to play game. 

I have samsung galaxy S9 and am on verizon data. When I am home on wifi all other games and apps/streaming/tv/internet is working fine except for SWGOH.

Please help 

Things I have done so far

delete/reinstall SWGOH

Unplug/plug back in wifi router
