Game out of sync / freezes after switching accounts

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Huawei P30 pro
OS Version 10

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Daily I will get the out of sync error regardless of device used, this results in a loss of the battle and not being able to reattempt it or use the team in the case of tb / tw or 1 less attempt in the case of arena / fleet. today this happened in geo tb the game lost sync prior to entering into a battle with my GG droids team which would have resulted in a 4/4 win and then froze on my 2nd battle with my NS again. Resulting in another 4 waves lost. This has been around since the framework update. I would like compensation for lost rewards for myself or for Al my guild if possible as this has likely resulted in 1 star less for us
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the game, the game freezing can be replicated by signing out and back in again (I sign out to switch to an alt account) and play a few arena or tb matches

    I'll grab a screenshot for the out of sync next time it appears I'll have it again in the next 24 hours and will reply.  I have tried various forms of connectivity, WiFi mobile data all with and without a proxy and are solid connections and bandwidth so no issues with my network

    It repeated itself on another TB mission too not getting much luck today at all!

    As for the freezing the screen freezes displaying what was happening at the time of the bug interestingly enough it always seems to be on enemy attacks though this could just be coincidence
