Game Quitting on Galaxy of Heroes

Question

I have acquired a new phone, Sony Xperia XZ, I had to redownload the game obviously, then do the tutorial, or so I thought, I play the tutorial as normal, but when I get to the point where I have to use a Training Droid on the Jedi Consular, then select the corresponding mission, select squad, start battle loads a bit then quits entirely, I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling, clearing cache, clear data in every possible combination, please help guys, I am a long term player and don't wanna let me guild members down...
Help!! ☹️

Hi!

Was your account connected to google play? The account is per device unless connected with google play that allows you to use multiple devices with your account. If you can go back to old device you could connect your account with google play account and continue playing with new device.

Otherwise you might need your ally code/player id to resurrect your account and you have to contact support directly. I don't know whether they do re-connect old accounts.
