Game shipments shop is glitchy

Yesterday I noticed I only had 200 crystals and I wondered where those crystals had gone. Obviously, I was in the shipments before this where the shops were acting all glitchy and clicking on random things when I browse through the game shipments. I noticed it had bought 8 Razor Crest shards and I would really appreciate a refund. The image below is what had been bought via the glitch and what I would like in return.
