game speed- glitch

yesterday game was very slow. when i logged on today, game speed was accelerated quite a bit- the characters in battles and cantina are glitched and jumping around making the game unplayable. please help- i uninstalled and reinstalled but that didnt help. i am playing on my computer via bluestacks
