Try Closing Swgoh, disabling Game Center,, Launch swgoh. It should run a check for client update. If you get in, then re-enable Game Center, close swgoh, then relaunch it.
I was able to get in then.

We tested the game on an iPhone 7+ with the iOS 13 Beta on it and were able to play without any issue. What device are you playing on exactly and have you tried a fresh and clean reinstall already? (Please make sure your account is linked to GameCenter before doing so)
Hanging on my iPad 9.7 Pro. Have not yet tried to reinstall.
App reinstalled, same behavior. iPad power cycled. Same behavior. And I messed up and didn't make an archive of my backup before the IOS 13 beta install, so can't easily go back...Doh!

Unfortunately that device I wasn't using game center. I wipe the device and reinstalled, IOS 12, and upgraded back to 13 beta 1, all good, but then tried to restore my 13 backup and that doesn't work, the whole device won't boot..apple logo, and turns off.... grrr. The battle continues...
