Game treating adult account as underage on second device

@Valerian1973 Did you try the steps suggested by the advisers you spoke to? If you are logged into your adult account but the settings are reflecting your daughter's account then you can try uninstalling the game, restoring the device to factory settings, reinstalling the game and then logging in to the correct account.

@EA_Darko Thanks for the quick reply. The advisors that I spoke with didn't have any steps, beyond the obvious uninstall the app, reboot the device, reinstall the app, that I had already tried several times before contacting tech support. I haven't tried restoring the device to factory settings, as you've just suggested, though. Not sure it is worth that level of hassle, if I'll have to setup everything again from scratch to get everything else on my phone back to normal, too.
