Game won’t load

My game won’t fully load. Stuck on “loading cantina” start screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and same thing happens. Any help greatly appreciated thanks

My loaned era units are way under the level they should be.
These are my current loaned era units, way under the level they should be. I checked a new account and they were instantly level 83. my ally code is 316-182-854. Please fix this.
