Can't enter game

Hi cant enter the game. It started yesterday. I tried clearing cache, uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone, using wifi, using mobile data, and leaving town. I keep getting the same message. My guild is going to lose a start in territory battles because of this. Help!
