Game won’t load

I cannot get into the game, it just sits at the load screen,

I’ve deleted cache, deleted game and re downloaded

ive tried on and off WiFi 

I’ve reached out to ea support but they’re worthless, and I cannot find a way to make a support ticket since I cannot gain access to the game.

hoping someone reaches out to me through the forums, as I’ve already missed out on the last round of GAC, I needed to do my attacks today, and I won’t be able to place defense in TW currently unless this is taken care of and if I don’t earn enough banners attacking then I’ll surely miss out on those rewards and droid brains are hard enough to come by.
