Summarize your bug There is a HUGE issue with gear drops for higher gear. There are times I don't get 1 gear part for 6 auto battles. Today was the WORST I have had as I ran 30 auto battles and got ZERO of the gear. This specific part was Mk 12 Amratek Armor Plating Prototype Salvage on 9-4 Normal Light Side. I don't know if this is a glitch where its unbalanced for one player and another gets higher drops OR if it's a bug that anything over a normal 5 auto battles wont pay off and we shouldn't even attempt more then 5-6 per day or what the issue is. I know members of my guild run into this all the time. I understand making the game challenging, but gear drops as horrible as this should never happen. I think at the very least, one gear drop on 5 auto battles. Especially on gear that we need 50 of for multiple gear to get past Gear 13. While we all appreciate the Character Shards being easier, this shouldn't be balanced with super low gear drops. I have spent a good amount of money on this game and feel that neither myself nor anyone else should ever have this sort of experience. It's already extremely difficult to get anyone to gear 13 as is, these type of drops should never happen.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This was a simple Auto battle on the 9-4 normal light side. I did these in groups of 6 at a time to start and after the first 30 attempts, I got no Mk 12 gear. This happens on other battles as well, but the above example is the worst I have run into.

This specific issue was on 9-4 Normal Light Side for gear drops of Mk 12 Amratek Armor Plating Prototype Salvage. I ran 30 auto attempts and got ZERO drops. I did a total of 43 battles and got only 3 of these.
Low gear drops happen very often for myself and my guild. This was one of the worst issues/glitches I have had.
It's unfortunate that in 2 weeks no one has looked into this. Things like this as well as the latest purchase of the Relic Enhancement Bundle and the misleading way it was listed/sold as well as continuing horrible gear drops that keep happening for multiple gamers is driving people to move to FTP just so we don't lose all the money we've put into this game. I hope in the coming weeks/months you fix the gear drops so that those of us that have supported the game over the years may do so again.
