I also had this issue on 2 accounts. Wiped one account immediately! The brute is not out to start, tried to call, didn't come out, then tried to call the droid, didn't come out. I have it recorded as well for verification. This needs to be redeemed as WaT Tambor shards are rare. Too large to attach but will be happy to email for redemption.

Same here, but managed through fortunately. Ally Code 181-967-836. No problem with my alt. account. Summoned Brute right away, but main account could not summon Brute or droid.
Uploaded a video to youtube of me trying to summon Brute. Brute didn't summon in at the start of the battle either even though I have the zeta.

I had this problem as well. I have the GBA zeta but Brute did not appear at the start of the mission. Further, I was unable to summon either him or the Rocket Droid during the mission. This is very unfortunate as I would have cleared the mission with Brute available, it is not fair for my guild to lose out on this Wat shard. Screen shot included are just before attempting to summon Brute and immediate turn after. Can clearly see the health/protection recovery of Conscription worked, but Brute was not summoned. My ally code is 483-464-312.
Same thing happened to me today, no brute from start, couldnt summon him or the b2 rocket droid, usually works, only thing i can think of that was different from other times was that the zone had been locked by officers
Same thing for most of my guilmates and I... i m on ios, the brute won’t show at the beginning of the battle, can t summon it or summon the droid... ally code 711-957-253, thank you if you can do something because we always wait and be careful to remod properly our geos for that mission, but most of us failed where we were used to beat it everytime...
