Those in my guild that haven't seen this issue reported that soldier wasn't in the last spot. So if geo soldier is in the last slot it breaks. At least that's our anecdotal evidence so far.

Just happened to me with b2 in the sep droid mission. The whole section is bugged.
No this was attempted in phase 3 for me.
My guild attempted in phase 4. No brute summon at the start, despite GBA zeta, couldn't summon brute or droid. It worked normally for at least one person in my guild.
