GeoTB: Geo Brute or Rocket Droid Cannot be Spawned

Summarize your bug When starting a combat mission with my zeta'd Geonosian Brood Alpha the Brute was not spawned at the start of battle. This is the entire point of his Zeta on his unique ability and makes the team cripled due to missing the brute. I then tried to use the ability from my GBA and was unable to spawn the brute again. I also tried to spawn the B2 Rocket Droid, same issue and I was unable to spawn the b2 Rocket droid. This mission was battled in the phase 2, middle territory, Left CM node.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. phase 2 of DS Geo TB 2. Start CM that is leftmost in the middle territory 3. Use Geonosians faction team with Geo Brood Alpha as the leader.

Prior to using ability #3 for my Geo Brood Alpha to spawn the brute:

After Ability is used (no brute appears)
Before using ability to spawn B2 rocket droid, Also... Changing phases did not allow me to spawn the brute.
