Zeb's second special still can't deal damage to Health% resistant enemies

With the latest update (06/10/2026) Ranger Zeb's second special, Tactical Reversal got entries to deal reduced Health% damage. But the triggers on both new entries are still "not raidboss" and "not resistant" so he still can't deal damage to the Coliseum bosses (or units like Kylo) with it (but should deal slightly more damage to non-resistant enemies):

For reference, the "full" damage is 25% Max Health. 

The triggers for these two entries in order should be:

"For Current Target from Enemy Side who is Alive
Where an active effect does have the tag percent_health_resistant"

"For Current Target from Enemy Side who is Alive and is role_raidboss"
