GG LSB gave crystals instead

So I purchased the GG LSB and was then informed when I logged in the at there was “an issue processing your purchase. We have credited your account as best we could” and have instead been given credits instead. Can someone please assist as I purchased the LSB and have no real urgent need for the crystals.
