Need to restore an offer

I went to purchase "Battle of Hoth" light speed bundle. The purchase failed for some reason. I went to purchase again and it's not available. Can anyone assist?

Conquest is gobbling up energy and getting stuck on infinite load screens.
Please take a look at this issue with Conquest. It is happening on both mobile and PC client. If a hotfix cannot be pushed out, please refund the energy that is being wasted on bricked battles.
