How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Phase 1/3 on 2nd difficulty General Grievous cannot be defeated. Encounter runs normally until he reaches 1% health. Instant defeat (Jabba Ult, CAT force Leap, Nihilus Annihilate) are unable to defeat GG. No %health effects (Thermal detonators) are reducing GG to defeat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As far as I am aware the event has been steadily unable to complete past phase 1.
