Gift to guild member did not send

Hello, Purchased crystals pack to gift to guild member but it never went through. In game help told me to report the issue on the forum. Can you please assist? Thank you,

We've checked the logs available to us and according to them you purchased the crystal bundle for yourself and claimed it on 4/08/2024, 4:24pm GMT.

I'm sorry, I'm confused. I did a purchase to a guild mate through the gift option. You are saying the crystals went to my stash? I didn't see any increase or get any notification
