GL Ahsoka Tano Ultimate Bug

I have been experiencing this same issue since GL Ahsoka Tano became available. When using her ultimate ability, it can cause the game to lose the buttons in the lower right corner of the screen. This has happened to me in GAC, TW, and TB. I have used the in game EA Help, but I don't feel heard when trying to explain. I'm told to back-up the game or reproduce it on another device. It's frustrating to lose out on banners, stats, and rewards due to this continued problem. Is there any timeline to when a fix will be available? I'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

    Just happen to me at they GT,  they buttons just disapear and has to go out and lose My point.

    Thanks for posting your experience with a screenshot as well. Maybe we can get some more traction going on this. Definitely frustrating to put it mildly....

    Just happened again, and as a random side note, it's saying that Hux gets to go next. He's not even on the battlefield anymore.

    Happened again, and it's in GAC when my opponent's GL Ahsoka Tano triggered her ultimate.

    Just happened to me, again. I've submitted tickets but I keep getting told the error doesn't exist and hasn't happened to anyone else. Obviously, that's not the case. Often the responses seem like they came from a dullard AI system and not a coherent person. I'm hoping this can actually be fixed and not ignored.

    This is a fairly widespread bug. Its not just this team, it happens with plenty others. I've posted here myself  about how this consistently happens when I use Cere lead UFU. Lots of other people have posted about it. Just seems like one of those persistent problems that they either can't figure out how to fix or don't care enough to. I'm pretty sure its the latter.
