    @0yfwptqmhzsf Based on your account history, you received Rey's missing shards yesterday already and unlocked her.

EA_Gunner​ i appear to be having the exact same issue right now. Completed tier 3 but only 305 of the 330 shards displaying, so progression is blocked. iPad OS 15.8.4.
