GL Ticket Packs purchased in Web Store delete themselves

I purchase 3 Lightside and 3 Darkside GL Event Ticket Packs in the Web Store. As in other Games I expected, if I buy something with real money the cap doesnt matter. To my surprise the excess GL Tick...

Also my Game crashed when trying to collect the 0 tickets i bought for 5 dollars looking like this

As this is an obvious bug I would like to get an immediate response
