GOH not launching

Whenever I try to launch SWGoH (iOS) it stops at the “loading cantina” part of the initial loading screen, uninstalling/deleting data does not appear to fix it either

I don’t have a VPN, I have tried cell data, and a few different wireless connections (my mom put up some stuff so that was my first suspicion, but doesn’t appear to be the culprit)

Thanks for getting back to me. As a test, can you try launching the game on the PC version? That would help narrow down if this is related to your device.
