Google play point pack

Bought the large Promotional pack with my 750 Google Points and surprise surprise I didn't get them. Here is proof, this is the 2nd time I have been screwed out of rewards. My entire Guild.is wait...

@EA_Gunner I did that already. This was a purchase using my Google Play Points, I would eithe like my points back, or the stupid promotional pack.

This is getting a little ridiculous.
