Grand Admiral Thrawn is missing fragments

When I finished all the levels of the Grand Admiral Thrawn's travel guide, i found that I only had 15/100 fragments to reach 7 stars, and it was because I got an error when I finished the level of 8...

I completed all the levels of Grand Admiral Thrawn's travel guide and I am missing 85 fragments of the 100 that I need to raise it to 7 stars, I have already had 2 reports here and they ignore me. Muy allycode is 228-482-648.

Please help me.

The team that can handle this don't work weekends. I believe they are back on Tuesday due to a local holiday.
