Grand Admiral Thrawn is missing fragments

When I finished all the levels of the Grand Admiral Thrawn's travel guide, i found that I only had 15/100 fragments to reach 7 stars, and it was because I got an error when I finished the level of 85 fragments and now I don't have neither the fragments, nor the crystals/credits that were rewards.

Please return the fragments and crystals/credits that were given in that level of Grand Admiral Thrawn's travel guide.

Hola, cuando acabé el nivel VI del almirante thrawn me dio un error y me pidió que reiniciará el juego, y cuando lo reinicié, no tenía los fragmentos y volví a hacer el mismo nivel y no me dió nada. Necesito esos fragmentos porque no podré subirlo a 7 estrellas y no podré hacer misiones que requieran a este personaje.
