Hello, I was instructed to post here for this issue. I signed up for the new GAC on Monday (10/23) and was saved. However on Tuesday after Player Lock I did not see an active event and cannot get into the current GAC. Any help would be appreciated

Hello, any help with this? The latest GAC is underway and my crystal income is severely impacted. The ingame help directed me to post here for a more prompt resolution and help. Anything would be appreciated.
Bumping this again...ingame help has been terrible. All Ive been getting are automated responses. This is not fun at all- I am losing out on a week's worth of GAC crystal income and as I know for sure that CS agents can check my account to verify the activity. I just need help and a resolution please. Nothing but a frustrating experience so far.
I feel like a broken record, but this week's GAC is pretty much done with no help, no replies or help here, and nothing from ingame help but a runaround. Beyond frustrated at the lack of any kind of help here. CS has the tools to help, to look into my account and to compensate for the lost crystal income. Can someone please help.
Bumping AGAIN...today will mark one week since I initially asked for help. In that time, the AI automated chat has told me to post here 3 times, 'forwarded my issue to the team' 3 times and offered no solution or actual help. Same with here. I have reported this issue, given my details, and left it to anyone to actually do something...nothing. I have never dealt with anything in the CS realm like this. Even a response here from an actual human would mean something. This isnt even a difficult issue! Look into my account, verify I joined (last weeks) GAC and see that I am locked out. I have lost a week's worth of crystals from not being able to battle, and have even been demoted. All the while my requests here are left unanswered and any 'help' I se ingame is an auto message. DO SOMETHING PLEASE
