Grand Arena Banners not adding up correctly
On April 14th 2025 around 4pm I contacted EA Help when I just finished my fleet battles in Grand Arena and I noticed my banners did not add up correctly. For my last fleet battle it said I earned 41 banners, however only 35 banners were added to my score and because of this I lost my Grand Arena by 1 Banner. My rank went down to Auroduim 4 (First time ever) and I missed out on the Grand Arena weekly rewards because I was placed into a lower bracket when I should not be. Rewards such as Zeta materials, mod slicing materials, crystals, etc that I should of earned but did not because of this bug. It is already frustrating that I am consistently placed against opponents with Galactic Power that are 1-4 million ahead of mine with every Galactic Legend against my 3 Galactic Legends. Now even when I do win against these high opponents I am still losing and I miss out on valuable rewards that I definitely could use. This sucks out the joy of playing this game and makes me wonder is this game worth all the consistent aggravation? Can someone please look into this and bring some joy back into my life?
Ea Help told me to create this post because they were not going to do anything to make this right.
