Grand Arena battle incorrect result

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? iPhone C

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug Battled in Grand Arena, against JKR team. Killed Jedi Revan, and waited for the time to run out, so he would register as defeated. Went back to gA screen to clean up and it showed I lost the battle and everyone had full health. Got a message saying Grand Arena event was over and I can collect my rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    Hi @TiaanM25 and thank you for the report.

    Are you talking about the currently running Grand Arena (which is currently in the attack phase for round 1)?

    We've checked the logs available to us and can not see a battle against a Jedi Knight Revan Team, but were able to see an expired Grand Arena match at 01:37 UTC.

    Yes, it was I think my 2nd or 3rd battle this morning. I spoke to EA Help, they asked I report it here too.

    Thanks for the update.

    We've checked our records once more and it looks like you've lost connection to the game at this time, which is why it wasn't recorded properly and timed out.

    I timed out purposefully. The issue is JKR was eliminated in the battle prior to timeout and after the battle ended he was back at full health
