I don't know when I signed up.

When I entered a battle before it finished loading I got an error tell me to restart the game, when I did it counted the battle as a loss. This has caused me to lose the round so would it be possible to adjust the score to compensate. I did contact customer support earlier and they to post here but the site has been down for hours so it's probably too late now. 
 
Hopefully there is evidence on your end and here is the battle that is the problem (Ewoks)
