Lag issues back again

On android.  The 10-20 second lag is back yet again.  Experienced in store, fleet arena, gac, tw leading to timeouts in gac/fleet arena/tw.  This has been off and on issue for months now and frankly is making me close to quiting again.  Fix this repeat issue ffs.  Thanks.
