Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

so I entered my first battle of the championship and it was My GG lead team against traya. First minute of the fight was fine besides bad RNG but that happens. Then my b1 died and then the game was acting like it was my turn but I had no attack buttons at the bottom of the screen and the timer was still running. Now I have a lost and the traya team is all at full health.... feel slighted because I can not clear that traya team now and clear the rest of the zones also
