Grand Arena Championship Crash and Sign up Issues

Not related to ga but I'm having constant game crash issues during TW & geo TB. And EA support customer hasn't been able to help at all. 

Having the same issue with the crashes and glitching, but only against my current opponent. No issues in round 1 or 2.

Glitching - All of my attacks cause the game to stutter, essentially looking like its moving at 0.1x speed, maybe even less, but the counter doesnt reflect the speed. Quite off putting and causes mistakes to be made in the battle.

Crashing - Game will crash in the middle of a battle, all except the first battle that was glitching/stuttering. Basically lost my teams and my opponent having revan I now have no counters and have lost the round as a result. 

Experiencing no other problems in any other areas of the game, only when initiating a battle with this opponent.

Issue: Joined, and was locked in the review screen on first phase. Lost since I couldn't attack. Second and third round worked fine, but given the roster discrepancies between my opponent and I in the first phase, I would've been able to clean sweep his board.

I already contacted your help desk and they referred me to your forums after several emails. They confirmed the issue but were otherwise unable to make any changes.

This month I could not get to the great arena. June 10 was registered (Time Moscow), but the arena started without me ((
Today I looked that there is a counter "Before the start ...". Is this a new GA? And why is there no  "registration" button ?

During match(16.07.2019) ability bar disappeared, that cost me loss in battle and basically whole match itself(-1 team, less points to score.

Game crashed/froze during GA battle and wouldn't resume.

• What issue you are having? Game Keeps freezing During PVP battles.  Happened in TW and Now in GA it froze on my last battle for 1st place that would have been an easy win.  Now instead i lost.
