Grand Arena Fight runs out without fight posibility

Hi,

I have the same problem and lost two squads because of it. There was a second sister in my opponents squad 

Second sister has no TM, but has turn according to turn order on left side. Happened for 2 teams.

Oponents team: Grand Inqui + 7th Sister + 5th Brother + 8th Brother + 2nd Sister

Same thing happened to me in GAC but was stuck on second Sister and did not time out when 0:00 time was reached. Was forced to restart game and was charged a fight and the toons I killed came back to life…will not win this GAC. Please consider compensation CG.

Hi, what's the procedure in order to get compensation? 

Is there any place where I can log a ticket?

The same problem i have with ewoks. 

I have the same problem, i had reva and another inquisitor killed and then buttons disappeared and time ran out but it did not finish. I had to restart the game and the battle counts as a loss and all the inquisitor are back for my opponent. Fix the game

I Had the same issue yesterday! Should have been an easy win for me but ended up loosing after failing 3 times against inquisitorius. Dead toons coming back to life etc. Made me drop from kyber 2 to 3. Daily rewards are lower, winnings for this round are way lower. I hope EA is considering compensations. Meanwhile, my opponent is getting better rewards than deserved. This is quitte a mess! 

Same problem, against a team with a dark trooper squad. 

When I initiate a group attack on the dark trooper squad, the fight freeze with the time still running, and when the time ends, nothing change, I must restart the game, the battle is lost, and the opponent's team is full again.
