Grand Arena Join problem. No Active Event shown

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? I joined Grand Arena, but there is no active Grand Arena active for me.

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I joined Grand Arena yesterday, but when I went to put my lineups in 20 minutes ago, there was "NO ACTIVE EVENT" and new Feats listed. I definitely joined yesterday.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know how other than looking up my account or something on the backend. I'm reporting this as soon as possible to see if its a widespread issue that needs correcting and to give EA a way to fix it.

Yesterday I joined the Grand Arena starting 20 minutes ago and I looked at 5pm EST to put my teams in, but it says there is no active Grand Arena. I exited and reloaded the game. It says "No Active Event" but there are new Feats so I'm assuming that somehow the system did not put me in. I definitely clicked "Join" yesterday.

    Hi @Dirv01 and thank you or the report.

    We've checked our logs and there is no indicator that you've joined the currently running Grand Arena event on the 18th or the 19th. The last time you did join, according to our logs, was the 12.05.2020. We were also unable to find any errors preventing you from joining the event. Next time, please make sure you go all the way to the Grand Arena table, to make sure you did hit "Join".

    Feats are updating for everyone, no matter if they joined or didn't join the Grand Arena event. That is working as intended.

    I definitely did join and then even saw the feats that were updated before new one ones when teams should have been able to be deployed. It was a Win Squad Arena Battles feat. I joined then saw the added feat and then went to attack on the arena ladder. I assure you I joined. I don't know why there is no log of it.

    I have the same problem. I looked at the results of the last round yesterday and compared how I performed. today: nothing. Should I open a seperate ticket?

    Unfortunately I have the same issue. I was able to play the first rounds of GA but in the last round it says „no active events“ even though the GA countdown is still running and my guild members are able to play. My ally code: 261-967-224
