Summarize your bug During second round of Grand Arena, the matchmaking failed to match me with an opponent and received an ingame message stating "We could not find you an opponent for this match. Please check your inbox for first place rewards.". Afterwards I was not given anything, even though ingame message promised so.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Join up in Grand Arena and have the matchmaking system not match you with an opponent

After the phase was over I found out I had received a loss and no rewards whatsoever, I did not even receive a "due to lack of participation"- message in my inbox! The bracket leaderboard showed that only 1 person had 2 points, which should have been 2 people having 2 points after 2 rounds. This meant both me and my supposed opponent had this issue. EA help told nothing can be done and I should report this here.
