We've checked our internal logs and it appears that you've lost the 3rd round and therefore received 2nd place rewards correctly. Your opponent conquered your ship territory and defeated 6 of your squads in the first attempt, whereby you did only defeat 4 of his squads and no ships.

@EA_HighCommand don't edit me. All I did was call you a liar. Which you are. Look at the time stamps. We're you looking at the correct Grand Arena? Because you drug your feet so long on this issue, another GA came and went.
This issue is not resolved. Never will be. I will continue to reopen it until you cave.

The unfortunate reality is that according to their logs, you lost. No amount of your opening new posts or tickets will change reality. Just because you have spent money in the past, does not mean QA support will turn a loss into a win for you.
